Request Maintenance
There are two ways to request non-emergency repairs, like a broken A/C or heater, an appliance that stopped working, plumbing or water-heater problems, garage or door issues, or electrical trouble:
- Submit a request online through your maintenance account, describe the issue and upload photos.
- Call our 24-Hour Maintenance Hotline at 1-800-488-0952.
Before you submit, check your account for quick troubleshooting tips, some common issues (a tripped breaker, a garbage disposal that needs a reset) have a fast fix.
Maintenance Emergency?
An emergency is any condition that causes injury, threatens your health, or causes serious property damage, such as:
- Water leaking uncontrollably or flooding
- A gas leak
- A fire
- No heat
- A lockout
If there’s a serious water leak, locate your home’s main water valve and turn it to the off position. Then call us immediately.

Tenant FAQs
All applications are completed online. Find an available property, click Apply Online, complete the rental application, and pay the application fee (part 2 of the application). Once submitted, your information is attached to that property.
No. A property can only be held once you’ve completed a rental application. As soon as your application is submitted, you’re first in line for that home.
The typical security deposit is the first month’s rent plus a $250 leasing fee. We do not require last month’s rent. If an applicant doesn’t meet our minimum requirements, we may require a higher deposit (two months’ rent plus the $250 leasing fee).
The first month’s rent portion of the deposit is refundable, provided the property is maintained in good condition. If the property is damaged, the deposit is applied to repairs and any remainder is refunded. The leasing fee is not refundable.
Property owners usually cover the cost of maintenance and repairs. However, if a tenant causes the damage, the tenant is charged for it and the owner is reimbursed.
